Abstract

The government program is essentially aimed at prospering the community. Because society is the subject as well as being the object of development. Welfare is the condition of the fulfillment of the material, spiritual and social needs of citizens in order to live properly and able to develop themselves, so as to carry out its social functions. To see how far the achievement of development programs in the welfare of the people, BPS Talaud Islands District as a provider of data, publish a publication titled People`s Welfare Indicator Talaud Islands 2016.
